First of all, if you stuck it in, then technically, she may not be a virgin anymore, but that’s beside the point. If your semen got on or near her vagina, even though your penis wasn’t inside her, she could get pregnant. The sperm could still get into her vagina, swim, and impregnate her. But whether or not you blew your load on her pussy, you did stick your penis inside, and it probably had some fresh semen on it or inside the urethra. That could get her pregnant.
